I run an LW/EA/SSC group called Ratpack.

We are an instrumental rationality-focused group discussing personal rationality, x-risks and coordination problems. Some of us have been rats since the early days so we're mostly familiar with the Sequences, but don't let that deter you from reaching out!

We hold weekly Sunday meetups at SGD Coffee Bodega, 8 PM onwards. Activities rotate weekly as follows:

1) Meeting and project updates
2) Book Club
3) Meeting and project updates
4) Socials

There's always at least one member at SGD by 5 PM on Sundays so feel free to drop by then or just send me an e-mail if you want to keep in touch. We also teleconference with other members so that might be an option for you if you live far away.
